The Copper Pot opened its doors in 2014 with a simple idea: take the best of what Mayo's land and sea has to offer and cook it properly.
Everything on our menu is sourced as locally as we can manage — seafood from Clew Bay, beef from farms in the Partry Mountains, vegetables from growers in South Mayo.
We're a small team who care deeply about what ends up on your plate. We hope you taste the difference.
